Dear mah,

Actually, for the maintenance fund, we need Â£800 for last three month. I have enough money in my account for last last three months but unfortunately, the processing time is bit longer than expected. I don't know the perticular reason but I think they want to see the funds more than last three months.

I have shown May, June and July statements but i don't have Â£800 in my account in the month of april. So i think this could be one reason.

Hi Guys,

I got my Tier 1 Extension today along with dependant visa for my wife.

Sent: September 10, 2009
Received in Home Office : September 11, 2009
Fee Debited: September 14, 2009
Visa stamped: September 30, 2009
Received passport: October 2, 2009

My HSMP was expiring in January 2010. Tier 1 General now granted till January 2013.

Total turnaround time : 25 days

My application was received on the 16th of September & the payment deducted on the 17th.
I am still waiting for the decision.
Are there anyone else out there who sent their application before September mid & haven't yet got their approvals.

did you make a fresh application since then?
Or did you sent the same application correcting the error?

My application was also returned since 1 of the fields was not filled in.
Should I also sent the new maintenance funds documents also?
