i got my login details (ref & trans ID) within 30 minutes. it's presumably automatically generated, so it shouldn't take days! maybe it went into your spam folder?

I also registered last week but haven't received any email so far. Nothing in the Spam folder either. Can we register again ? Has anybody done this ?

No i keep checking my spam folder as well...couldnt find any...my only doubt is my wife surname(main applicant) has been changed after marriage but her initial hsmp approval & extension had her old surname.
may be they couldnt locate ...but you say its an autogenerated one. i am gonna try registering again...lets see what happens
Thanks

i registered two days after the online booking service went live, so my guess is that by now there must be a flood of applications backlogged... if some human intervention is involved in the process, it could explain the delay. i'm assuming it's autogenerated, but obviously i can't say for sure.
good luck...

Hope2007,
Did you try registering again ? Please can you let me know if you were able to register with the same credentials: Name, DoB, etc ?

Hope2007,
When is your ILR due ? Mine is early next year so could it be that it only replies to those who fall within the 6-8 weeks period before their due date ? Just trying to put some sense to HO's 'professionalism'...

I am not too sure if the system has been written to validate the ILR due date & then email the ref id to the applicant. mine is due after 3rd week of nov'09 as entered in the 4 week Dec 2005 .

Hope2007,
Did you receive the reference & transaction ids when you registered second time ?
