i m sorry.. i m here in UK under Tier 1 visa from last month. Can I call my parents here as dependents?????

Again, you might want to give more information. Where do they live? Do they work? How are they dependent on you? Any other family in their country? Do you have the money to support them?

No

How are they dependent on you?
I earn, they don't, aged 55

Any other family in their country?
My younger brother in India, studying

Do you have the money to support them?
I have money to support them(1600*2 + 2800 GBP)

And you send them money regularly to live on? If so can you prove that you do that?

I send them money but I dont have records of that... Do I need to make the records??? If yes, how I can make the records and Is there any minimum money that I should send them??

Depends how you send it. If it's online banking then it will show up on your statements. If it's something like Western Union then you should get a receipt.

I don't think there's a set minimum as such, you just need to prove that they can't survive without you basically. The fact that there's family in India already will go against you though.
