OCI | Forgot to attach the fee £165

Post by RagsKasthuri » Wed Oct 14, 2009 11:47 am

Hi

I made an OCI application a week ago and forgot to attach the relevant fee of £165 for one adult.

Can you please let me know how to go about fixing this? I have sent through all the documents and my Indian passport to HCI London.

Tried calling them and no one seems to pick up the call.

Thanks
Rags

You can ring them and ask for the application refference no. And send it separately with covering letter. Keep the receipts and photocopies. Also send it with special delivery.

Hi

I tried calling them on the telephone number on the website. However, no one seems to pick up the call.

Can you please confirm the telephone number is

020 7836 8484
020 7632 3123 (After Office Hours)

Thanks
Rags

Phone numbers for OCI - HCI London

Post by RagsKasthuri » Thu Oct 15, 2009 12:42 pm

Raj

The number ending 3152 rings and after that it takes to a beep sound which you would receive while dialling a fax.

The number ending 3153 says that the person you are calling does not subscribe to this service.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Thanks
Rags

Raj

I called the switch board number and they have provided me with this information:

They have asked me to call only after 2:15 to one of the following numbers:

02076323072 / 02076323074

Alternatively they have asked me to call 02076323071 which is supposed to be an officers number.

I shall give it a try after 2:15 and update if I am able to speak to them.#

Many thanks Raj.

Cheers
Rags

3153 is for PIO

3072 and 3071 doesn't pick up atall

3073 is a fax line

Don't know what to do now. Not impressed atall because it rings, no one picks up and there is no voice messag either!
