Can I show earning from 1st/Sep/2008 To 31/Aug/2009.

It is still under 15 month rule?

If my company letter for my pervious earning issued on 18 sep 2009. Is it ok?

Yes, it is fine. As per guidance notes, this letter should be dated after the period for which earnings are being claimed and should clearly show the applicant’s gross and net pay. http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... 310309.pdf page 25 of 44.
