Although my visa expired on 10 Oct 2009 but my new extension is stamped from 13 oct 2009 to 13 oct 2012.Will the gap of three days affect my ILR(PR).I had submitted my application on 25th sept 09 and got confirmation on 28 sept 09.Any advice please.

No.. it shd be ok as the pport is with HO..

just make sure u have the reference letter received fron HO after u sent ur application as a proof incase required;
