Hi guys,

Can anyone tell me how many day a person can stay in U.K after his/her visa expires? I heard that its 28 days max and after that they have to leave. Any ideas??

None, you're not supposed to overstay the visa. However it's 28 days before bans are enforced.

nyaram, my comment is .... don't plan to overstay ... it could have adverse implications if you ever apply for another UK visa in the future.

As John has quite rightly said, never make plans to overstay. It is never anything that you want to have to put on an application or have an immigration officer see in your passport upon arrival.
