Whats a SAR form?Whom is it applicable to and who should apply for it?Excuse my ignorance please?

A suspicious activity report (SAR) is the name given to the making of a disclosure to SOCA ( Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA))under either POCA or the Terrorism Act.

I think its this, or in the case of any military matters its called a "Subject Access Record".

The purpose of it is for people in powers to make further enquiries about you, if they feel the need to

But does someone applying for ILR need to get a SAR form filled.Does it help the application in anyway.
