Changing form Fresh Talent Initiative to Tier 2 General

Post by ibmfreak » Tue Oct 20, 2009 7:54 pm

Hello All,
My employer has given my Title in the appointment letter as "Exper User" Customer Services.
My appointment letter which I received on the 1 may 2009 also states that I have been offered 20103 which with satisfactory performance may increase to 24846.
I want to know would 24846 considered as my prospective earnings to be put on the sponsorer management system?
Does that have to go on my certificate of sponsorship?

Done some further research on the SOS list and the job title comes as expert efficiency business code 3135 however the salary min salary is 10.67 per hour. My pay on my appointment letter is stated at 20103 to go upto 24868 with necessary review. So what am I asking my employer to state on the COS? If its 20103 for 37 hours it works out at 10.44 per hour.

I checked my contract it says that I get a 16.5% shift allowance of my pay.

Would that be a part of the salary under other allowance on the SMS?

Would they included when working out the total salary paid to me as that would 16.5% of 20103
Any answers appreciated.
