Can't see that being accepted! Working on business abroad if an employer requirement would be but training abroad (which is not a neccessity) as a contractor (which I suspect you are) is a different kettle of fish.

Hi,
Yes I was on training. Do I need to provide any training certificate from abroad. I have claimed the training expenses also at that time.
Please advise how can we clarify this. Yes I got that training to update my skills.
Please advise.

Yes , it will work
on company letter head + proper documents / supporting evidence for training programme -comunication , material etc.
(Even when we pay dividend, received by owner but it is we, and authorised by director than it,is we)
A STRONG presentation should sort it out.

Can't see it being accepted. 63 days of training OUTSIDE of the UK?! What was the stop him from doing the training inside the UK? Sounds like he's abusing the system by doing that.

Very Important -truth
than there is no law in any country that restricts to go for traing out of country.
Britian IS leadning in Education but not cost effective
some of iT progrmme learning cost will be £10-20000 can be done OUTSIDE in £5-10000.
only truth to be presented to get good night sleep
but if this true situation than this case a good to defend

And another important truth is that he's spent more than 90 days outside of the UK and none of which are business trips. He decided to study abroad.

But the conditions aren't met Sushil, he's been out of the country for longer than he's permitted.

We are not decider of the case
senio case officer is decider of case and Officer have all power to condone the excess time above normal limits
I am sure if he files paper with proper documents they will issue letter that yr application is valid and decided by senior officer
i have seen this situation

Indeed we are not the decider of his case, however he's been studying abroad under the pretence of 'business trip' when i'm sure the course could've been done in the UK.

Hi,
Thanks everyone.
Sushil is rite. It is cheaper to get training from abroad i.e. 2000 pounds including accommodation in my case. Here in UK it is £16000+ accommodation and food. Moreover it is required by my business .
I have training certificate issued by training company at that time and invoices for the whole course. Is this OK.
Regards

Good luck because you're going to need it. 63 days studying abroad, nice little holiday too.

Having read the UKBA docs I can confirm 'vocational training' is ok for absences.
I was wrong but I'd still be cautious wrt to the close connection between u and ur company, assuming ur a contractor as I think u r, especially if ur training course was in ur home country, these UKBA guys know all the dodges!
