Can I setup my Limited Company?

Can I setup my Limited Company?

Hi All

Need urgent help!!!!!

I have setup a limited company with me and my husband as directors.
But We can be only self employed therefore does that we can not have limited companies?
In FLR form its written if you were self-employed how much people you employ? It also asks for Business Bank Account
I am confused as without Company formation we cannot setup Bank Account.........
