Post by ben142007 » Tue Oct 20, 2009 7:27 pm

Hi,

I’m in the process of applying my ILR application and have query on following:
My history is as follows.
WP= Dec 2004 (5 Years)
HSMP= Feb 2007 (2 years)
Tier1=Feb 2009 (3 years)

Total number of days spent outside UK= 294 days

Date Left UK-- Date Returned UK-- Days -- Reason for Travel

11 Dec 2005-- 5 Jan 2006 -- 24 Days-- Annual Leave-Paid
3 Jun 2007 -- 12 Jun 2007-- 9 Days-- Annual Leave-Paid
15 Dec 2007-- 6 Jan 2008 -- 21 Days-- Annual Leave-Paid
30 Apr 2008-- 5 May 2008-- 5 Days-- Annual Leave-Paid
25 Jul 2008-- 9 Dec 2008-- 134 Days-- Business Travel
11 Dec 2008-- 20 Mar 2009-- 99 Days-- Business Travel
10 Sep 2009-- 12 Sep 2009-- 2 Days-- Business Travel

Within the last year or so my company seconded me to an office outside of UK. However I was receiving my salary in the UK.

Can knowledgeable members comment on whether I’m eligible &can apply for ILR in Dec 2009.

Your guidance in this matter will be much appreciated.

Regards,

Ben
