HSMP SET(O) in nov. 09 main applicant on maternity

I read this forum regularly i can see there is lot of support from experts.

there are 3 questions i am not sure about i need some help with please.

Main applicant my wife is on maternity from august she been with employer from 3 years she is getting SMP payslip from employers. she will be due back on work in next july we got letter from employer confirming that. i want to apply for SET(O) ILR in nov that's qualifying date. we are under HSMP general cat. applying for ILR as per new rule we can apply after 4 years.


1. question is for ILR is smp payslip is ok ?????

I am classed as dependent i am working full time with same employer from 1 year

2. we have booked appointment for single person online as when i put 3 people in to the online system no appointment but when i put one person only suddenly appointment is there so i booked 3 seprate appointment one after the other same day is that ok

3. for ILR what is the list of documents we need to take with us.

Really appreciate if some one can reply with some guidance.
