dependent visa

hi guys....i got my UK student visa refusal saying that my degree certificate was cant be verified and they have asked me to produce some supporting

documents with that to appeal.

But as i wanted to go to UK as my wife was there pursuing MBA so is it

for me to apply for dependent visa with the same documents along with

our marriage certificates??

Or will it be a problem for me if i apply for dependent without appealing this??

please reply me as its very needed for me and my wife
