Employer letter

Post by houman1979 » Sun Oct 25, 2009 3:59 pm

Dear All,

I am going to apply for Tier 1 General in 10 days. I've got the following letter from my employer.

It is to certify that Mr. XXX has been employed in this company since XXX as XXX and his earnings during period 22 Oct 2008-21 Oct 2009 is as follows:

1-Salary Payment for period 22 Oct 2008-21 Nov 2008, Gross: XXX, Net: XXX, Date of Payment: 19 Nov 2008
2-Salary Payment for period 22 Nov 2008-21 Dec 2008, Gross: XXX, Net: XXX, Date of Payment: 19 Dec 2008
...
3-New Year Bonus, Gross: XXX, Net: XXX, Date of Payment: 10 March 2009
...
13-Salary Payment for period 22 Sep 2009-21 Oct 2009, Gross: XXX, Net: XXX, Date of Payment: 19 Oct 2009
At the end: Total Gross Salary: XXXXX
It is verified that all above payments were part of employee salary package.

Regards

----
In addition I have a bank statement which shows the above NET payments in the mentioned dates.

Are these two documents are enough for my Previous Earnings?

Best Regards

Hi,
A tabular format would be better. Here's a good format available:

I think houman1979 has these in a tabular form, but because of the format of message in forum he did not present these.

Yes, you are right. In fact, the letter has a tabular format and I only mention its important parts. Thanks all.

Just make sure whatever NET amount's that you are mentioning in the letter are EXACTLY same on the payslips and Bankstatements.. Dont do simple errors while typing..

Thanks all.

The NET payments in employer letter are EXACTLY match the ones in bank statement. I only submit Bank statement and employer letter and not Payslips and hope this is ok. The letter is in tabular format and I only mention parts of here.

Again thanks all.

Crowbar:

I am using this employee letter format but there are variations in my salary although the net pays match with bank statements correctly.

I have got this letter with much difficulty .. is there a need to bring to notice why the gross is fluctuating ?

Please help me out. Thanks..
