regarding work in spouse visa

regarding work in spouse visa

i am married to brit
i cam back to india in marc 2009
i wasnt working from march in companies
was working for friends company to devolp and was involved in the business with him...there is no proper income that as of now...will that be a drawback in my visa application

i could provide offer letter/wage slip if i want/needs
but i cant back it up with bank statement

If u r the spouse the onus is on ur spouse to provide the financial proofs.

So how long were you in India, apart from your spouse?

As regards your question, there is no compulsion for a spouse visa holder to be working. It simply needs to be the case that the financial test needs to be passed, that is, to show that there will be no need to claim certain Public Funds.

from march to till date
but she visited me 3 times
stayed for 20 days/34 days/5 days in her 1/2/3 visits respectively
she is coming back for 10 days in november 28
and she is coming back for 2 months on dec 28

does this make any difference

When does your current spouse visa expire? When are you planning to recommence living in the UK?

no i didnt get the spouse visa yet
i am gonna make an application in dec 2009
i got married to her 5/oct/2009
planning to apply in dec
so that i could come back with her in feb 2010

i am worried whether my visa will be refused
