How much income for Tier1 dependants

Need urgent reply.....how much minimum per month income must be shown in the bank statment for Tier 1 wife and kid.

Yes dear i have studied it alot of times before as well but it never mentions abput any figure for icome per month

Full amount per year you mean....well i think i am asking about income per month in my account apart from maintainence funds as i will need my monthly income to show that i am earning.so how much would be minimun required for one spouse and one 1 year kid

You need that amount in your bank account in order for your dependents to come over here. As to what your income has to be, how long's a piece a string?

how long's piece a string?????didn't get you....i am earning 1270£ gross per month...would it be sufficient for 2 dependants.(after tax it comes down to 1050£)

You need the amount of money in your bank account that was said on the link i gave you. There is no minimum income that is needed. I suggest that you read the dependents policy pdf and more specifically page 8.

i have read it and read it thoroughly it doesnt even mentions about monthly income needed for dependant....it just tells us about maintainence funds

Because it is the maintenance fund that is what you need. The minimum income would be whatever keeps you above the maintenance fund after bills etc.

see that all documents r ok for kids

once it is refused than in AIT yr income, houisng , all is discussed you cant say that u have mininmum required balance

judge and defended lawyer r though

so if i show my own business starting in Nov 09 and show the one month income in my bank and all other relevant documents like accounts and ownership,lease docs so would it be sufficient for income criteria.

No, you need to provide a minimum of 3 months worth of statements and the maintenance fund must be there in each statement.

I think you will also need to shoe a minimum of 3 months, preferably 6, worth of income to show that you can sustain it but i'm sure someone else will confirm or deny that.

In case of KID dont take chance

otherwise u will regret and really hard to sort it out

u can wait some time for yr income and finace
