13 DAYS SHORT FOR ILR...PLZ HELP

HY ALL.
I am under HSMP, I got my initial visa from 13/08/07 till 13/08/09 but i entered UK on 02/10/07. Now got extension for 3 years till 18/09/12, BUT my 5 years time for ILR will complete on 01/10/12 from the entry date.

MY QUESTION is, do i need to apply for another extension for 13 days to complete 5 year from the date when i was entered UK R NOT?????

i thnk u shud wait for few more days and the new rules will come.
Till 2012 things will change alot so dnt worry frm now itself.
