SPONSOR NOT WORKING WILL MY VISA BE REFUSED

m wife is the sponsor but she is not working
she is final year medical student
we have savings of 40k
will be my application refused only by this

think i have asked the samething before
but my wife met RAMFEL in ilford , she was informed like this

so i am confused

should i wait till she get a job

If it's £40k savings then the lack of a job won't matter too much. Where will you be living and how big is the accomodation? You have proof of you having met each other before, the relationship is genuine etc?

If your 40k savings is 40k British Pounds then the lack of a job won't matter. You will have to prove that the relationship is genuine and that the accomodation isn't overcrowded.

Then the lack of a job isn't an issue provided that proof of those funds is provided and they're accesible immediately, ie you can take money from that account from the cash machine.

You'd just need to show that the relationship is genuine and that the accomodation is adequate.

Then i recommened going to an older version of Shoebox, perhaps v6.4 which comes with a double bed and a desk in a house shared by 37 other people and 4 other bedrooms.
