HSMP travel query

Hi,

I am having a HSMP visa valid till 2011 march. I left UK this year in the month of April.
Now I am planning to come UK this year (may be end of Dec). Please confirm the following

1.Since I didn’t travel to last six month, is it any problem entering to country?
2.After 2011 march, can I apply for the hsmp visa again? (assumption is, I will be working for next one year in the UK (2010 march to 2011 march) )
3.Already my hsmp visa 5 years is approved (2+3 years), since I was out this country more than 6 months I am not eligible for ILR so that can i apply the visa again ?
4.What are the other important things I need to keep in mind next one year to apply my fresh visa?
