newborn visa in person at Croydon

Post by mahetus1 » Sun Nov 01, 2009 3:43 pm

Hi all,

I wish to have uk visa for my one month old girl who has Indian passport as we are travelling to India in Dec-Jan.

I am a tier 1 migrant.

1) Is it necessary to take her to Croydon with me?

2) will she require biometrics/identity card? I don't have any as last visa
extension was done in 2008 until 2011.

3) I understand relevant form will be PBS dependent form. is that correct?

is there a long wait to get appointment at croydon?

thanks in advance.

She does not need ID card etc.
You need to fill Tier 1 dependent form.
One of my friend applied tier 1 visa for her 3 months old child. She received passport with visa after 18 days. Waiting time for children visas are not very long.
