HELP NEEDED

Hello All

My cousin wants to go to italy or spain on work permit visa(not on student visa). His age is 28 and he has done only metric. with no background in english and he is very weak in english so he cant pass ielts or toefl.

plz tell me how he can apply and what documents he would need to get a visa.

no he cant speak spanish, italian and english

The more general question is what the actual qualification of that cousin are and what he/she hopes to do in the mentioned countries.

he can only speak urdu...
he wants to go nd work there so he dont want to go on visit visa nd become illegal there after the expiration of his visit visa. thats why he wanted to go on work permit basis

he has only passed 10 classes

It's not going to happen unless he:

1. Acquires a desirable skill

or

2. Becomes highly educated

or

3. Married an EU ciitzen.

Ask him to start any business in Pakistan I know he is ready to pay 15000 Euros and he can easily start any good business with that amount.
And he will live happy life there rather then staying alone in Europe and thinking about back home..
or
if he still wish to then ask him to do a degree.

according to his language skills.he can go dubai on work permit basis.
