HSMP Extension - Pay Slip Query

I am applying form my extension in person on 1st December.

Have a query regarding my pay slip; one of my pay slips were lost in the mail and I never received it. On requesting the HR, I was informed taht they are unable to do issue a new one, but can provide me a soft copy.

On further instance, they have agreed to stamp and sign that months pay slip.

Is this suitable? Any other suggestions?

I have doubt... Should I submit last 12 pay slips definitely or it is is enough if i give only the payslips that will help me to get the necessary points?

You need to submit all the payslips for the months whihc you are claiming points..

that is in case you are claiming points for only 10consecutive months in the last 15months you can send only 10payslips

you are claiming points for only 12consecutive months(which is the max) in the last 15months you can send only 12payslips

you are claiming points for only 2months of the 12consecutive months in the last 15months you can send only 2payslips


pls note thse are just examples above... if you get enough points with less then 12months.. you can do that..
