Hi

I am on PWS visa my wife is also living with me on dependent visa , can she switch her visa to TIER 1 HSMP by staying here or she has to get back to her country to do so.

As far as I know u cant change to any visa within country he/she has to go back to home country and apply from there as she is ur dependent already.

U can apply for Tier 1 within country i thnk so.
