Two questions.........
1. Does it mean rules of tier 1 apply to us after switching from HSMP (if so bad news according to me)
2. does everyone with an approval has this in their letter

I will check mine tonight as well.
I think yes, our HSMP is no longer valid after switch to Tier 1, so why sad? any negative points you see?

I am in Sheffield so anyone who wants to come around and bimble the surroundings in the north, gimme a shout. I can carry one pillion on my bike but you have to have a big heart and not be scared of 2 wheels specially when it accelerates

Acknowledgement letter: Received after 2 days
Date Passport/Docs received from HO: October 21st 2009
Result & VISA stamped: Approved & Dec 13 2012

I recevived it on a 5th,Thursday. Assuming they posted on a wednesday as I had included a special delivery envelope. Hope this helps.
