PBS dependent form for baby born in UK

Post by mahetus1 » Sat Nov 07, 2009 9:18 pm

Hi all,

I currently hold indian passport - tier 1 migrant (HSMP applied and granted in may 06-changed to tier 1 june 08)

My baby girl is one month old now and holds indian passport.

For her dependent visa I understand I have to fill PBS dependent extension of stay form (although as she was born in UK-never had visa previously)

1) in section D of the form which basically asks regarding past immigration
history - 'not applicable' answer to all questions?. only puzzling thing is
that it says visa will be refused if no previous entry clearance or leave
to remain- which is not possible for baby born in UK and no other form
available.

2) Is it required to send my passport as well with application?

many thanks in advance.

Mention it in the cover letter and the app form that she was born in UK. The Birth certificate will do the trick, in any case.

Yes I've heard from different sources that you've to send the main tier-1 visa holder passport.
