HI Guys

Thanks for reading my post..
i applied for my hsmp visa on 5th nov 2006 . so i was with old rules.. but i got my approval latter on 10th of July 2007 as home office first lost my documents and then send me duplicate letter and then i stamp my visa in dec 2007. and now i need to file my extention .. so what you think will i will be consiter under old rules place before 7th nov 2006 . if yes .. which form i need to complete for me and my dependent.
