HI

my wife applying ILR spouse section this month .

i get little part of housing benefit, council tax
and tax credit as well child benefit
as i work part time
obviously when she send the form the will investigate that i fully support
my wife financially isn't it???

MY QUESTION IS THAT WILL AFFECT HER ELLIGIBILITY TO APPLY OR TO GET THE ILR???????

what is your status??? e.g british citizen?

Is your wife your dependant?

Who claimed all this benefit, you or your wife??

i ve ILR

yes she is my dependant and I claimed all

this benefit she claimed nothing at all

If she is not getting any benefit on her name, so i don,t think so there will be any problem.

How long before you got your ILR, and is your wife working or not?

She doesnt work
and me i got my ILR in 2005

I think so she will be alright, if she is not getting anything on her name.
