FLR(O) - Applying in Person,Did I select correct application

Hi All,

My HSMP Visa is due ot expire on 30 Dec 2009.

I am main applicant and my husband is my dependant.
I have booked 8th DEC 09:00 AM slot by choosing FLR (O) Applciation type.

I am worried about FLR (O) Applciation type which I had selected.
It may be a silly question but pls confirm if I had selected correct application type?

If you want to switch to a highly skilled worker (Tier 1 General), then you need a different form.

I understand that one would need to choose PBS T1 option to book the appointment for HSMP -->Tier1 extn.
