Working Holiday Visa Finances

Hiya,

So I'd like to go over on the WHV next year, but I'm just graduating from uni this year and am quite broke. I'm saving up as much money as I can, but it won't be nearly the 2 months expenses that I'd need to get the visa. So, a question. If my parents are willing to 'sponsor' me and promise to give me financial support until I can find a job somewhere (and then back it up with a bank statement), would that satisfy the visa requirement? Thanks for any help you can give.

Edited to add: I'm a dual citizen of Trinidad and Tobago/USA (living in the States) if that helps.

this will be acceptable.
a friend of mine did it that way, her parents 'sponsored' her
if possible also make efforts to make contact with places that employ people on WHV this should improve your chances
