Dependent Visa for a child born in UK (I am on HSMP)

Hi,

Any guidance for my case is much appreciated.

I am on HSMP Visa valid till Sept 2010. My son is born in UK and want to apply for a dependent visa as i plan to go and back to UK with my son before i apply for my extension.

Websites are confusing for my case(As they either show PBS Dependent Form which i am not as i am on my HSMP yet / FLR(0) which is Extension of Visa form which is again not my case).

Is there anyone who is currently on the same track or any guidance is much appreciated.

1) Which form do i need to fill for this visa ?

I applied for my child using PBS Dependent Form as HSMP is now PBS - Tier 1 General.

PBS Dependent Form is what you need, make sure you send latest pics and latest form downloaded from PBS Dependant section.
