ILR Eligibility - Please help

Hi,


After getting my HSMP on 20 April 2007, I entered UK on 14-July-2007 .

I got my tier 1 extension till 20-Apr-2012.

Now when I apply for ILR , I may not be fulfilling the eligibility criteria of 4 years and 11 months (as I entered the country only after 2.5 months from my initial visa date)

Do I need to extend my Tier 1 for 3 months (in 2012) inorder to get eligible for ILR (or) is there any other workaround ?

Please advice. Thanx in advance.
