Tier1(G) dependent work status

Dear All,

I have a query!!..

Can a Tier1(G) dependent work when the main applicant is still UN-Employed

Pls confirm!!

I read in many websites that there is no restrictions to work for the tier1(G) dependents, its same as the main applicant.. except that they cant work as doc in training..

Pls confirm...

Hi, As far as I am aware, there is no restriction on the depedent working, as long as he/she has got their NI number or have applied for one.

Any seniors, can you please validate this.

YES Tier1(G) Dependent can work even if the main applicant is unemployed..
