HI guys please dnt confuse yourselves..

I have read many post and all of dem are informative on appeals but one point they all miss i will like to mention is appeal with AIT is different and then with High Court is different.Please do not confuse urselves with this 3 units HO,AIT & High Court.They work independently frm each other and you are in different process with dem when you go to High court your appeal is over with HO as you are appealing against the AIT and not against your HO refusal..This basic point is missed almost everywere..
Also please give much consideration to your application form if you making out of time appllication..It is self-informative.Also please make sure to write a professional letter to the caseworking unit explaning your situation and the appeal that you already finished with AIT.
Hope dis will help many of you as laws always overlap with each other as my job relates to it.
Also please its your legal rrite to question every move made by your solicitor so please share alll information you get with him as i have few friends in trouble cuz of lack of legal information by dere solicitors.

Sent Appealed 03/03/09
Appeal Hearing 24/07/09
Appeal cased decided 10/08/09- Granted
Reconsideration sent by HO 20/08/09
Reconsideration Granted to HO 02/10/09
Received letter for reconsideration 30/10/09
Reconsideration hearing 09/11/09

Should I consider out of time application as I have still 30/11/09 to make a PSW visa. From the hearing on the 09/11/09, I have a strong feeling that the appeal will be disregarded. Please advise as I am preparing to leave in a few days (4 days)

If you leave now dere are chances you will be made overstayer and will hamper your future applications..call HO and check with dem regarding overstay rules..also its be long delay since you last applied dis go in your favour if u apply out of time..dnt apply student visa it will be rejected i m sure many of my friends did that and got rejected..take care.
