Tier 1 (General) Form V 09/10 - Initial Application queries

Hi ,

I am applying for Tier 1 ( General ) Form ( Switching from Post Study Work)

Could anybody please help me to resolve following queries about the application form -


1. Do I have to fill the Section 1 PAYMENT DETAILS, as I will pay in person ( by credit card )?

2. I worked as a junior web developer.

Which one do I need to select - "Science and technology professionals" or "Science and technology associate professionals" ? ( B27)

3. What is Home Office reference number(s) ? (B10)

4. D5. Are either the applicant’s current and/or any one of his/her previous passport(s) or travel
document(s) that he/she has used to travel to, and remain in, the United Kingdom which
shows his/her current leave unavailable? >> Could you explain the question.

5. Section I is missing ?

Ans: YES

Ans: "Science and technology professionals"

3. What is Home Office reference number(s) ? (B10)
Ans: Can leave this blank

4. D5. Are either the applicant’s current and/or any one of his/her previous passport(s) or travel
document(s) that he/she has used to travel to, and remain in, the United Kingdom which
shows his/her current leave unavailable? >> Could you explain the question.
Ans: do you have any UK Visa's that are not valid??

5. Section I is missing ????:????????
