Maximum time to enter for family

Hello All,

I hope you can help with my enquiry.

My brother in law has a Tier 1 visa and also for his dependants.
He is currently on his own here and the family will be coming sometime soon.

My question is: Is there a time frame as to when his dependants should come to join him, or are they able to join him anytime (upto 3 years) ?

tier-1 , dependents can come any time in visa period
