Free Immigration Assistance

Post by sundaygirl24 » Sat Nov 14, 2009 10:28 pm

My Spouse visa application is really complicated due to my being in reciept of full benefits and my son having an ongoing medical condition.

Does anyone know where I can get Free or Legal Aid assistance with the application process?

I know there are a lot of companies out there that charge for this service, but, I already have limited funds (hence posting in this section) but need the help.

Can anyone point me in the right direction. I am sure I would not be the only person on this forum to benefit from such help.

Thanks

I am not sure you can get any financial aid with such application. You can get free advice though through CAB or other OISC registered organisation offering free advice, but with complicated matters you might need to approach more specialised organisatiosn such as JCWI or UKIAS etc

Thanks for your reply, Ill check them both out!

Here are the links for anyone else who might benefit from their services.

http://www.jcwi.org.uk/

and

http://www.iasuk.org/about-us.aspx

The latter operates a telephone service that is free if you ask them to call you back. They give you cntact details for organisations etc that can help you like solicitors etc.

Hope this helps and good luck to all!
