MNC's in problem

Hi,

I have applied my HSMP case three times, got rejected

First Attempt:-20 Points.
Seond:-20 points.
third:- 55 points.

Now i have reach limit of 28 years.

but i have sent my documents, for repeal,

they have just given me 25 points on work exp whereas i have total of 5 yeaars and 2 months after my MBA & before 2 years.

I use to work with PEPSI, GILLETTE, AIRTE (BHARTI),LG ELECTRONICS well all this company have brilliant turnovers and was working at mid management level.

Can these jobs can be less then grauduate......i fail to understand......

If somebuddy have a MAGIC GENI pls advice me on this, do they really consider on your appeal, or its failure or refusal certificate........

I would appreciate readers suggessions.

Does your experience letters mention the word "Graduate Level work experience".

They look only for this word so you need to get it mentioned from your previous employers.

hi kotechad,
your reference letter plays an important role for allocating points on work exp. it should contain words like "graduate level empl" (not mandatory though) and detailed work experience........ etc... the caseworker should get an impression that you really did graduate level work....
