Sorry to see that no body replied
I tried out of time in person application
but i been refused straight away same day ( even my solicitor assured me that he has done many cases before and i lost my money)
to be honest i dont think such thing exists.

I think you did not read my previous post...I did write it dere for you..No out of time application in any category can be made in person..really sorry to hear about you..All de best 2 u in ur case..

U r rite, I read ur mail bit late which cost me huge sum of money and i mentioned there as well that if i had read ur mail before i might hav saved money and time and tried another solution but now im not going to apply for out of time application due to risks involved in it and will try frm my home country , Thanks alot for ur detailed reply.
