ILR Eligibility - With WP, Tier2(Intra Company)

Hi have tried searching for an answer to my query and could'nt find any thread that answered all my questions and so I am opening a new one (in fact my first one)

My wife entered the UK on a work permit in 2007 for two years. We married in 2008 (did not change the visa status i.e she was still on WP) and she is now on Tier2 Intra Company Transfer from 2009. I got my ILR granted in 2009. Give the above situation I have the following questions
1. Will my wife we eligible for ILR after two years of us being married in i.e. in 2010 ?
2. If not, should I switch to any other visa category? What is it? and can it be applied while she is in the UK?

3. Will there be any difference in the eligibility requirements for ILR if I were to apply for and be successful in naturalisation/citizenship (in 2010) ?

I would be thankful for your response/guidance.
