Appeal Failed for Tier 4 - can go high court on the gournd-

Hi,

I was in the court for Tier 4 refusal and I made appeal on
1. students letter and
2 . bank statement.

Tribunals service decided that my bank statement were copies and appeal was failed,

but i can apply to the appropriate court (high court) for a review of the Tribunal's decision on the gournd of an error of law.

any advice , please let me know, i got only 5 days and need to be sent before 13 th nov..

i have been refused for noth having outstanding fee money into my account as i didn't show beacuse of i completed my hnd from the same uni..
i am appealing as well could you please advise me if i show my account with the enough money will i be issued a visa?

i think if u show da required money in ur account u will get da visa.............!!!
I'm pretty sure.
