HSMP-->Tier1 Extn Few Queries

Hello All,

I would be applying for my HSMP--> Tier1 extn early next week by in-person appointment. Along with me (main applicant), I have my wife and daughter (born in UK) who are applying along with me as dependents. I have got couple of queries:

1) Is it required to take my baby (2 month old) for the premium appointment ?
2) Would there be any biometric that would be done as Tier1 / dependent forms do contain info about biometric ?
3) Question D4 in Main Applicant form asks fo reference number on EC or visa from applicant's passport. I had come to UK on work permit and had subsequently moved to HSMP. Should I mention reference number from Work Permit Visa or intial HSMP visa ?

Can someone please help me with above queries ?

Still no replies I am really anxious with these doubts.

I would really appreciate if someone can please clarify my doubts as I am due to go for in-person appointment on Tuesday.

I was in the same situation and applied for inperson (HSMP to Tier 1 Gen) in July 09. Only my wife and i went to the croydon office.

Not Required at all.

2) Would there be any biometric that would be done as Tier1 / dependent forms do contain info about biometric ?

Atleast for me and my dependants they have not done any biometric. But please make sure that the rules haven't changed.

Please provide reference no for Work Permit and as well for HSMP.

Ans 1: Not required, so that means no BIOMETRIC. BIOMETRIC is for Tier 4 dependant at the moment.

Ans 2: No

Ans 3: Reference no for Work Permit and as well for HSMP.
