Wasn't really sure where to post this so i thought i'd do it here..

Our solicitor is about as much use as a chocolate teapot. She's not communicating well with us at all and every time i try to contact her she's "busy and will get back to me".. This began around a month ago and she still hasn't got back to us.

Is there any chance that we could change solicitors? I don't know exactly how it works or how to go about it especially if she's in the middle of sending a COA.. This is the problem.. I don't know whether she's actually doing anything for our case.

Any advice?
