Apalling Statistics on Processing time for Long Residence

Apalling Statistics on Processing time for Long Residence

This person was able to obtain figures for processing times for ILR (Long Reidence) under the freedom of information Act and it is APALLING

108 days AVERAGE!!!!

I think that is just for those of us applying via the 10 year long Residence Route. *Doesnt make it less appalling*. I guess the figured we have waited 10yrs, what is 108days more! SIGHS!.

I actually had a PEO apointment, August 10th 2009, but unfortunately my applicatuon was not
As straight foreard as I tot it was. So my application was downgraded to postal application.

So I have been waiting 13 wks 2day, so according to UKBA I have been waiting 91 days.
So I have another 17days to be on their target average!

So what is your story

I have now been waiting 104 days today. Called UKBA on Friday and was told that my Application is not yet Completed! Does anyone know what they mean by this? I am used to other responses like Still considering, still in Progress but I never heard Not Yet Complete.

Could it mean that they are about to give a result on the application?? Somebody help I dont want to get too excited for nothing!
