Bank balance

I have tier1 visa stamped last month. I have maintained 2.5 lac for last 3 months. Is there any problem of withdrawing the money from that balance?

Do I need any bank statement when I will go UK in mid of january ?

You can now withdraw money anytime you want. It is best to have money at your disposal when you enter UK. This may sometimes help to satisfy immigration officer.
