SP30 is valid for 4 years! so they will be active until 2010!drtmt wrote:Thank you for looking at my post. I would like to know whether someone would be penalised for failing to declare 3 Driving points for SP30 even though these are no longer valid. I acquired these points in june 2006 and are only valid for a period of 3 years. I paid £60 penalty and there was no court involvement.
