Dear friends i sent my HSMP paper for over 28 years . but they sent it back with refusal letter mention that WORNG CARD PAYER. can u help. can i used my brother credit card.

Agree with Papafaith. Yes, you can use your brother's credit card but ensure you include his details in the appli form and have him sign that space provide for card holder - otherwise it will be rejected.
