Are people in Scotland subject the same UK Immigration Rules? or is it a separate jurisdiction?

Scotland is currently part of the UK. Consequently, UK immigration Policy and law are applicable.

Scottish law is separate for many purposes, as is Northern Irish law, however immigration and nationality are UK-wide.
