Post by dima » Tue Dec 01, 2009 11:41 pm

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me what are The qualifying periods for other categories to apply for ILR?
Here is the scenario:
3 years dependent to Tier1 migrant, 2 years are Tier1 Migrant ( in this order) will this work? Can a person in this category apply for ILR..

Pls suggest!!

Cannot include time as a dependant when applying for ILR under Tier 1.

not additive...you should be the main applicant thus your stay as dependant does not count in your 5-yr period
