UK Born child visa

Hi,

I am on work permit and want to apply for my son's dependent visa who was born in UK few months back.
I could not find any section on home office site which deals with workpermit holders dependants.
could you please help me in this regard.
which form i have to use
how much funds maintenance i require
do i need to send my passport along with the application
any important thing
